Refreshing Quinoa Salad



Refreshing Quinoa Salad
2 cups Cooked quinoa
1 Large avocado
1 Fresco mini cucumber in small chunks
1/8 cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Golden cherry tomatoes in small chunks
1/4 cup Goat cheese crumbled
Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and serve.
