Maple Glazed Squash Bake
2 cups Sweet potato peeled and cubed
2 cups Acorn squash peeled and cubed
2 cups Butternut squash peeled and cubed
2 Tbs Coconut oil
2 Tbs Pure Maple
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground ginger
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Peel and cube sweet potatoes and squash, place in a large bowl. Mix all other ingredients, pour over over squash and stir to coat all squash with cinnamon mixture. Place in a 13x9 baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Halfway through cook time stir squash to make sure they cook evenly.
