Sugar Free Fuit Pizza



Sugar Free Fruit Pizza

Crust:
1 Banana mashed
1/4 cup Coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Tbs Agave
1 tsp Stevia
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cups Spelt Flour
1 Tbs Flax meal

Yogurt Sauce:
1 cup Plain greek yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Stevia
1 Tbs Agave

Coconut whipped cream:
1 can Organic Coconut milk unsweetened
1/2 tsp Stevia
1/2 tsp Agave
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl mix banana, coconut oil, egg, agave, and stevia. Once mixed well add all dry ingredients and form into a ball. This makes four small mini pizzas as shown or one large pizza. Make into round pizza crust and place on an oiled cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 min.

Mix yogurt, vanilla, and sweeteners together until smooth.

Open can of coconut milk and skim off only the thick cream off the top and add to bowl. Whip with beaters for about 3-5 minute or until fluffy. Add vanilla and sweeteners mix until preferred taste.

Once crust is cool smooth yogurt sauce to desired thickness. Load up with your favorite fruit and top with whipped cream.
