Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal



Overnight Refrigerator Oatmeal

1/3 cup Raw whole oats
1/3 cup Plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup Almond milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tbs Agave or Honey
1 tbs Chia seeds
1/3 cup Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice

Add oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla, agave, and chia seeds to a jar. Once the ingredients are added place the lid on the jar and shake making sure to mix well. Open jar and add desired fruits. Place lid back on the jar and refrigerate over night. Oatmeal can stay good in fridge unopened for a couple of days. When ready to eat just open the jar and stir in your fruit and enjoy it!
