Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries




Rosemary Sweet Potato Fries

1 Large sweet potato
1 Tbs Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dried rosemary
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash, cut sweet potatoes, and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add seasoning. Toss potatoes until well coated. Place on a cookie sheet or baking pan and cook for 30 min. or until cooked through. I served them with my Greek Onion Dip.
