Nut & Seed Oatmeal
My kids always want to eat breakfast for dinner. I decided I wasn't going to make the same old pancakes or french toast this time and make them something a little more substantial. This is probably one of their new favorites.Ingredients:
2 cups cooked steel cut oats
1/2 cup almond milk
3 Tbs agave
1-2 Tbs chia seeds
1-2 Tbs raw sunflower seeds
1-2 Tbs raw pumpkin seeds
1-2 Tbs pecans
1-2 Tbs sliced almonds
Sliced banana
I mixed everything before I served it to my kids, it was less likely they would want to pick something out.
