Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie

Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie  

Crust :
1 cup Pecans
1 Cup Pitted dates
Pinch of salt
1tbs Pure maple syrup

Filling:
5 Ripe avocados
1/2 cup Agave
1/2 cup Pure maple
1/2tsp salt
1/2cup +2 tbs Cocoa powder

In a food processor add dates, pecans, maple syrup and pinch of salt. Process until finely chopped and well mixed into a chunky paste. Press pecan mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.

In food processor or blender add avocados, agave, maple, salt and 1/2 cup cocoa powder. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste filling and add more cocoa powder or sweetener if needed. 

Fill pie crust with filling, cover and chill for at least 3 hours. I like to freeze it and serve next day.
